Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
